Acceptance of terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or engaging NiskuTech ("we", "us", "our") for any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

We provide website development, mobile app and software development, branding, digital marketing, graphic design and related AI-powered services. The specific deliverables, scope and price for your project are defined in the quotation or invoice we issue to you, which forms part of these terms.

Quotations

  • Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
  • A quotation describes the agreed scope; any work beyond it will be quoted separately.
  • Estimated timelines assume timely feedback, content and approvals from the client.
  • Prices are exclusive of third-party costs (domain, hosting, paid plugins, ad spend) unless explicitly included.

Payments

  • Unless agreed otherwise, 50% of the project value is payable in advance to begin work, with the balance due before final delivery or go-live.
  • Payments can be made online via Razorpay, or by NEFT/bank transfer or UPI to the details shown on your invoice.
  • For NEFT/UPI payments, kindly share the UTR / transaction reference so we can reconcile it.
  • Invoices are due by the date stated on them. Final files and handover are released after full payment.

Revisions & scope

Up to two rounds of revisions are included per deliverable unless specified otherwise in your quotation. Additional changes, or changes that alter the agreed scope, may be billed separately at our prevailing rates.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, required content, images, access/credentials and timely approvals. Delays in providing these may affect the agreed timeline. You confirm that any material you supply does not infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual property

Ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. Until then, all work product remains our property. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Refunds & cancellations

As work begins after the advance payment, advance amounts are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled, you will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid by you for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, payment gateways, plugins, APIs). We are not responsible for the availability, performance or policies of those third parties.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow.
